One Injured in Sunday Shooting

KENOSHA, WI–One person was shot early Sunday morning at a Kenosha tavern.

The incident happened around 2 AM when officers were called to the scene near the 32-hundred block of 60th street to help disperse a large crowd.

After a disturbance at a bar in that area, scanner reports indicated that one person had to be airlifted to the hospital after suffering a gunshot wound. That person’s condition is unknown.

Officers from several area agencies were called in to help deal with the scene. We’ll have more details as they become available.
