Suspect’s Former Girlfriend Testifies in Anderson Homicide Trial

KENOSHA, WI (WLIP)–The homicide trial of Zachariah Anderson continues.
On Monday proceedings resumed after a delay Friday due to the snowy weather.
Anderson’s former girlfriend and the mother of his children testified.
She gave the background of their relationship which lasted over a decade before they broke up in 2019.
By early 2020 Sadie Beachem met Rosalio Gutierrez on-line.
As their relationship deepened, Beachem said that Anderson got increasingly jealous, especially as their children became aware of the new relationship.
Beachem says that she found tracking devices in her vehicle.
After May 17th 2020 she no longer heard from Gutierrez and discovered his bloody apartment two days later.
She told jurors that she was afraid after making that discovery.
Anderson is charged with first degree homicide and stalking in Gutierrez’s disappearance.
