Waukegan Man in Court After Being Scolded by Judge

(Waukegan, IL) A Waukegan man accused of murder was back in court Thursday, two days after being scolded by a Lake County Judge.
Prisciliano Carranza is accused of intentionally driving an SUV through a group of five people on October 5th, killing one.
During a hearing on Tuesday, Carranza was said to flash gang signs on his way out of the courtroom, which drew a rebuke from the judge.
The 22-year-old was then set some new rules on who he can communicate with before being returned to the Lake County Jail, where he’s being held on a 5-million-dollar bond.
His next court date is November 7th.
