Wirch: Use Legal Fees To Pay For Roads

MADISON, WI—One Wisconsin State Senator says that Wisconsin Republicans should use money going for legal fees to fix roadways.
That assertion came from State Senator Bob Wirch, who told WLIP’s Wake Up Kenosha that GOP lawmakers have spent in excess of one million dollars in legal fees so far this year.
Republican lawmakers are dealing with several legal challenges right now, including opposition to the so called lame duck laws passed late last year aimed at limiting the powers of the Wisconsin’s Democratic governor and Attorney General.
